(its a legacy application, and now I can't go and change the code) Is there any way where I can store the session object some where and later GET BACK THE SAME STATE in a STANDALONE application. I'm looking for a function that will take something in Javascript, be it an array, an associative array, a number, or even a string, and convert it to something that looks like it.     I'm trying to float my navigation at the top much more to left around 200px atleast more towards the end of the line that can been seen below.   • Why there are no semicolons and {} blocks in some languages

    I know the question has no practical value, but it is interesting why in some languages semicolons and {} blocks are removed although their predecessor have them. Actually it makes me nervous to write a code in Python as there are no ";" and {}. Also in new language Google-GO semicolons are also missing although it says that lexer uses a rule to insert semicolons automatically as it scans. So is there any secret :) reason for this.

My resolution that I am working on is 1024x768..but the computer that I am going to be running this program on is a wide screen..1280x768.     Basically, what I want to do is to be notified whenever a specific method has been called. I was hoping I could accomplish this using Reflection, but my attempts haven't gotten me anywhere yet, so I'm hoping that perhaps somebody else with the same need has accomplished this before and can enlighten me. I figured using MethodInfo was the way to go, but like I said, I found nothing there that could help me accomplish what I wanted to do.   • How to determine when the text of an html element is changed

    I have an error message like this: <span class="errorMessage">Your input sucks!</span> and I need to determine when it changes. the validation framework I'm using sets the text when there's an error and removes it when it's complete. I'm hoping to tap into that by watching for changes to the text property of the element using jquery. Any idea of how to go about doing this? Thanks!
