  For a grouped product, I would like to display a link to the simple products it is composed of.   I am trying to create an object from a class in python but I am getting an Error, "e_tank = EnemyTank() TypeError: 'Group' object is not callable" I am not sure what this means, I have tried Google but I couldn't get a clear answer on what is causing this error. Its causing errors because without a default value, it uses an empty string, which cannot be converted to a Boolean. I tried adding <DefaultSettingValue("False")> _ but that didn't seem to make a difference. I'm also using a custom ProfileProvider (CustomProfileProvider).

Lets say I have this line in the XML <country>Dominican Republic</country> I would like to get my table to look like this <td class="country DominicanRepublic">Dominican Republic</td> I've tried this: <td class="country {country}"><xsl:value-of select="country"/></td> then this: <xsl:element name="td"> <xsl:attribute name="class"> <xsl:text>country </xsl:text> <xsl:value-of select="normalize-space(country)"/> </xsl:attribute> <xsl:value-of select="country"/> </xsl:element> The normalize-space() doesn't remove the space between the two parts of the name and I can't use <xsl:strip-space elements="country"/> because I need the space when I display the name inside the table cell. How can I strip the space from the value inside the class, but not the text in the cell?

  I used svcutil to generate classes to access the web service. I need to serialize them. • handling refrence to pointers/double pointers using SWIG [C++ to Java]

  My code has an interface like class IExample { ~IExample(); //pure virtual methods ...}; a class inheriting the interface like class CExample : public IExample { protected: CExample(); //implementation of pure virtual methods ... }; and a global function to create object of this class - createExample( IExample *& obj ) { obj = new CExample(); } ; Now, I am trying to get Java API wrapper using SWIG, the SWIG generated interface has a construcotr like - IExample(long cPtr, boolean cMemoryOwn) and global function becomes createExample(IExample obj ) The problem is when i do, IExample exObject = new IExample(LogFileLibraryJNI.new_plong(), true /*or false*/ ); createExample( exObject ); The createExample(...) API at C++ layer succesfully gets called, however, when call returns to Java layer, the cPtr (long) variable does not get updated. Ideally, this variable should contain address of CExample object. I read in documentation that typemaps can be used to handle output parameters and pointer references as well; however, I am not able to figure out the suitable way to use typemaps to resolve this problem, or any other workaround. Please suggest if i am doing something wrong, or how to use typemap in such situation?

• Uploadify: Passing a form's ID as a parameter with scriptData

  I need the ability to have multiple upload inputs on one page (potentially hundreds) using Uploadify. The upload PHP file will be renaming the uploaded file based on the ID of the input button used to submit it, so it will need that ID. Since I will be having hundreds of upload buttons on one page, I wanted to create a universal instantiation, so I did this using the class of the forms rather than the ID of the forms. However, when one of the inputs is clicked, I would like to pass the ID of that input as scriptData to the PHP. This is not working; PHP says 'formId' is undefined. Is there a good way get the ID attribute of the form input being used, and passing it to the upload PHP? Or is there a completely different and better method of accomplishing this? • Error Cannot create an Instance of "ObjectName" in Designer when using <UserControl.Resources>

  Hi All, I'm tryihg to bind a combobox item source to a static resource. I'm oversimplfying my example so that it's easy to understand what i'm doing. So I have created a class public class A : ObservableCollection<string> { public A() { IKBDomainContext Context = new IKBDomainContext(); Context.Load(Context.GetIBOptionsQuery("2C6C1Q"), p => { foreach (var item in SkinContext.IKBOptions) { this.Add(item); } }, null); } } So the class has a constructor that populates itself using a domaincontext that gets data from a persisted database. I'm only doing reads on this list so dont have to worry about persisting back. in xaml i add a reference to the namespace of this class then I add it as a usercontrol.resources to the page control. <UserControl.Resources> <This:A x:Key="A"/> </UserControl.Resources> and then i use it this staticresource to bind it to my combobox items source.in reality i have to use a datatemplate to display this object properly but i wont add that here. <Combobox ItemsSource="{StaticResource A}"/> Now when I'm in the designer I get the error: Cannot Create an Instance of "A". If i compile and run the code, it runs just fine. This seems to only affect the editing of the xaml page. What am I doing wrong?

• Linq - how does it work??

  Hey, I have just been looking into Linq with ASP.Net. It is very neat indeed. I was just wondering - how do all the classes get populated? I mean in ASP.Net, suppose you have a Linq file called Catalogue, and you then use a For loop to loop through Catalogue.Products and print each Product name. How do the details get stored? Does it just go through the Products table on page load and create another instance of class Product for each row, effectively copying an entire table into an array of class Product? If so, I think I have created a system very much like this, in the sense that there is a SiteContent module with an instance of each Manager class - for example there is UserManager, ProductManager, SettingManager and alike. UserManager contains an instance of the User class for each row in the Users table. They also contain methods such as Create, Update and Remove. These Managers and their "Items" are created on every page load. This just makes it nice and easy to access users, products, settings etc in every page as far as I, the developer, am concerned. Any any subsequent pages I need to create, I just need to reference SiteContent.UserManager to access a list of users, rather than executing a query from within that page (ie this method separates out data access from the workings of the page, in the same way as using code behind separates out the workings of the page from how the page is layed out). However the problem is that this technique seems rather slow. I mean it is effectively creating a database on every page load, taking data from another database. I have taken measures such as preventing, for example, the ProductManager from being created if it is not referenced on page load. Therefore it does not load data into storage when it is not needed. My question is basically whether my technique does the exact same thing as Linq, in the sense of duplicating data from tables into properties of classes.. • jQuery UI Dialog adding unwanted inline styles to images

  I am using JQUery UI to for the front end of a rails app I am developing. I am using jQuery dialog windows for displaying some tabbed data and inside one of these tabs I want to render some images. The rendering of the images works fine if I view the page without Javascript, however for some reason when putting it all in a dialog window all but the last image that I render gets some inline styles from somewhere! wihtout the dialog window: <img alt="Dsc_0085" class="picture" src="/system/sources/3/normal/DSC_0085.jpg?1260300748" /> <img alt="Dsc_0006" class="picture" src="/system/sources/4/normal/DSC_0006.jpg?1260301612" /> with the dialog window: <img alt="Dsc_0085" class="picture" src="/system/sources/3/normal/DSC_0085.jpg?1260300748" style="height: 0px; width: 0px; border-top-width: 1px; border-bottom-width: 1px; font-size: 22px; border-left-width: 1px; border-right-width: 1px; display: inline; "> <img alt="Dsc_0006" class="picture" src="/system/sources/4/normal/DSC_0006.jpg?1260301612" style="display: inline; "> I can't work out why putting the images into a dialog window is giving them inline styles with height and width of 0px, does anyone have any ideas?

  I have an interface IUserLocation and a concrete type UserLocation. When I use ICriteria, specifying the interface IUserLocation, I want NHibernate to instantiate a collection of the concrete UserLocation type. I have created an HBM mapping file using the table per concrete type strategy (shown below). However, when I query NHibernate using ICriteria I get: NHibernate cannot instantiate abstract class or interface MyNamespace.IUserLocation Can anyone see why this is? • jQuery UI - addClass removeClass - CSS values are stuck

  Hi, I'm trying to do a simple animation. You show the div. It animates correctly. You hide the div. Correct. You show the div again. It shows but there is no animation. It is stuck at the value of when you first interrupted it. So somehow the interpolation CSS that is happening during [add|remove]Class is getting stuck there. The second time around, the [add|remove]Class is actually running, but the css it's setting from the class is getting ignored (I think being overshadowed). How can I fix this WITHOUT resorting to .animate and hard-coded style values? The whole point was to put the animation end point in a css class.
