• Maze not being random.

  Hey there, I am building a program that generates a maze so I can later translate the path to my graphical part. I have most of it working, however, every time you can just take the east and south routes, and you'll get to the end. Even if I set the width as high as 64, so the maze is 64*64, I'm able to choose those 2 options and get to the end every time. I really don't understand why it is doing that. As you can see, I think the problem is at the point where I generate the maze, however, when I just have it go until the current point is at the end, it doesn't fill every maze and is usually just one straight path. Thanks for helping. Update: I have changed the for loop that generates the maze to a simple while loop and it seems to work much better. It seems that when the for loop ran, it didn't go recursively, however, in the while loop it's perfectly fine. However, now all the squares do not fill out.

Basically, I was to overlay some text (text) at a given coordinate (x,y) I have the below function in a package; protected BufferedImage Process2(BufferedImage image){ Graphics2D gO = image.createGraphics(); gO.setColor(Color.red); gO.setFont(new Font( "SansSerif", Font.BOLD, 12 )); gO.drawString(this.text, this.x, this.y); System.err.println(this.text+this.x+this.y); return image; } I feel like im missing something patently obvious; every reference to Graphics2D I can find is dealing with either games or writing directly to a file but I just want a BufferedImage returned. with the overlay 'rendered' In the current code, the image appears out the end unchanged. • Cascading Deletes in SQL Sever 2008 not working.

  I have the following table setup. Bag | +-> BagID (Guid) +-> BagNumber (Int) BagCommentRelation | +-> BagID (Int) +-> CommentID (Guid) BagComment | +-> CommentID (Guid) +-> Text (varchar(200)) BagCommentRelation has Foreign Keys to Bag and BagComment. So, I turned on cascading deletes for both those Foreign Keys, but when I delete a bag, it does not delete the Comment row. Do need to break out a trigger for this? Or am I missing something? (I am using SQL Server 2008) Note: Posting requested SQL. This is the defintion of the BagCommentRelation table. (I had the type of the bagID wrong (I thought it was a guid but it is an int).) • No compile errors when reference added, but errors seen upon build

  A solution was just converted from VS 2008 to VS 2010. My VS 2010 build is failing with the popular "The type or namespace X could not be found". When I go to the project and go to Add References and add the appropriate project dll, the class name appears in blue text as if .NET found the correct class. However, when I go to the Build menu and select "Build Solution" I get the "namespace not found error" and the class name is no longer blue. Thanks.

However, no matter what values I enter in the fields; the result is always: array(2) { ["test"]=> string(0) "" ["action"]=> string(2) "Go" } string(16) "test=&action=Go&" Somehow, the array named test is emptied, the "action" variable does make it through. I've used the Live HTTP Headers extension for Firefox to check whether the POST fields get submitted, and they do. The relevant information from Live HTTP Headers (with a, b and c filled in as values in the textboxes): Content-Type: application/x-www-form-urlencoded Content-Length: 51 test%5B1%5D=a&test%5B2%5D=b&test%5B3%5D=c&action=Go Does anybody have any idea as to why this is happening?   I have some pages with iframes in them. I want to add a link/button inside the iframe, to make the browser go back one page in history. But I want the PARENT to go back, not the iframe itself. I originally had this, which makes the iframe page go back (if it exists): <a href="javascript:history.back()">&laquo; Go back</a> I've tried window.parent.history.back() and window.parent.document.history.back() but neither one works. There are no cross-domain issues accessing the iframe from the parent and vice-versa.

However, this is obviously not possible, as it generetes a PLS-00221: 'MORE_ROWS' is not a procedure or is undefined. So, my question: is there really no way to shortcut the loop?

• Data tweaking code runs fine when executed directly - but never stops when used in trigger

  I have written some code to ensure that items on an order are all numbered (the "position number" or "item number" has been introduced only recently and we did not want to go and change all related code - as it is "asthetics only" and has no functional impact.) So, the idea is to go and check for an records that jave an itemno of NULL or 0 - and then compute one and assign it. When executing this code in a query window, it works fine. When putting it into an AFTER INSERT-trigger, it loops forever.   It's strange. I have an animation that start when i .hover on a DIV. Into this div i have another in position absolute that i want to move up until the mouse stay on main div and go down in your position when i go out of main div. A simple hover effect. I have write down this function that work well apart a strange bug. var inside = $('.inside') inside.hover(function() { $(this).children(".coll_base").stop().animate({ bottom:'+=30px' },"slow") }, function() { $(this).children(".coll_base").stop().animate({ bottom:'-=30px' },"slow"); }); i need +=30 and -=30 because i have to apply this function to a range of div with different bottom. The problem is that if i hover on and out of div the DIV animate right but when go down he decrease the value of bottom every animation. If i go up and down from the main div i see that the animated div go down even beyond the main div. I think that i miss something to resolve this bug. Thanks for any help

But here in the code there are no local variable to go on stack then what overflows it ? I know from assembly code line Perspective that reference to Main() will go on stack too ? Is that right ?

Now I'm trying the same thing at work on a remote Mac OS X + Apache server, and things aren't quite so rosy. I typed rails blog -d mysql to create a directory called blog in /Library/WebServer/Documents/mydirectory. The trouble is, if I go to server.com/mydirectory/public, I get the public/index.html in my browser. But, I don't get this file if I go to server.com/mydirectory/. Instead, I get a 403 error. Also, when I: script/generate controller home index to create: app/views/home/index.html.erb I am unable to view this file, whether I go to server.com/mydirectory/home/index, or if I add a new line (map.root :controller => "home") to config/routes.rb and go to server.com/mydirectory. Am I missing something really obvious about Apache and Rails?

• Cake PHP Routing issue

  Hi, I need to do some special routing in cake, but can't for the life of me figure it out. I have a shop controller at /shop, the format of the url will be: /shop/:category/:sub_category/:product_slug In the routing I need to send each part of the url to a different action, for example if the url was just /shop/cakes it would go to the category action of shop. However if the url was /shop/cakes/macaroons or /shop/cakes/fairy it would go to the sub category action on the shop controller. And the the same again for /shop/cakes/macaroons/pistachio would go to the product action on the shop controller. How would I go about this in the routing? Something starting with Router::connect('/shop/:category/:sub_category/:product_slug' ... Or am I way off the mark? Thanks.

  Hello, What should I do to avoid that commands be executed each time I hit 'Execute !. icon' I mean this USE master; GO CREATE DATABASE Sales GO USE Sales; GO CREATE TABLE Customers( CustomerID int NOT NULL, LName varchar (50) NOT NULL, FName varchar (50) NULL, Status varchar (10), ModifiedBy varchar (30) NULL ) GO When I click Execute!, Sql Server tries to redo the same thing. What I do for now is to delete the Query Window completely then write what I need before clicking the Execute icon. But, I doubt that I should be doing that. What can I do to keep writing the commands without having each time to clear the Query Window? Thanks for helping

Initially thinking, 2-5 people will be logging virtually to the server. a. but not sure where to shop or what to shop. b. Should I go for my own Server or i have to share some server. c. If i have to go My Server, should I go with rack or tower model. d. which brand and model i have to buy. d.
