  • Ninject.Web, OnePerRequestModule, and IIS7 Integrated Pipeline

    - by Ted
Using Ninject.Web with ASP.NET WebForms project. Works without issues using classic pipeline, but when it's under integrated pipeline, a null reference exception occurs on every request (which I've narrowed down to the use of the OnePerRequestModule): [NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.] System.Web.PipelineStepManager.ResumeSteps(Exception error) +1216 System.Web.HttpApplication.BeginProcessRequestNotification(HttpContext context, AsyncCallback cb) +113 System.Web.HttpRuntime.ProcessRequestNotificationPrivate(IIS7WorkerRequest wr, HttpContext context) +616 The above always occurs unless I remove the OnePerRequestModule initializization. occurs consistently on a very basic test app I put together. On a standard app where I actually want to implement it, I can solve the issue by initializing the OnePerRequestModule like so: protected override IKernel CreateKernel() { // This will always blow up. //var module = new OnePerRequestModule(); //module.Init(this); IKernel kernel = new StandardKernel(new MyModule()); // This works on larger app, but on basic app, it makes no difference under integrated pipeline as the above exception is always thrown. var module = new OnePerRequestModule(); module.Init(this); return kernel; } Before I start spelunking further, is anybody out there using Ninject.Web extension successfully under the integrated pipeline in IIS7 AND using the OnePerRequestModule? There are certain restrictions for modules under the integrated pipeline that weren't there in previous IIS versions/classic pipeline. Quickly thrown together sample project at http://www.filedropper.com/test_59 And in case it's not obvious with Ninject.Web: it's an ASP.NET WebForms project.

  • Mixing AJAX requests with Flash scope objects not working

    - by AlanObject
I have a JSF page that displays a table from an object called TableQuery that supports stateful pagination, sorting, etc. The bean that accesses the object is a RequestScoped object, and it attempts to preserve the TableQuery by storing it the flash map. The accessor method looks like this: public TableQuery<SysLog> getQuery() { if (query != null) return query; Flash flash = FacesContext.getCurrentInstance(). getExternalContext().getFlash(); query = (TableQuery) flash.get("Query"); if (query != null) System.out.println("TableSysLog.getQuery() Got query from flash!"); if (query == null) { query = slc.getNewTableQuery(); System.out.println("TableSysLog.getQuery() Created new query"); } flash.put("Query", query); return query; } The Links to go between pages are implemented with *p:commandLInk*s. I use Primefaces command link in AJAX mode so just the link gets processed when it is clicked. The action listener looks like this: public void doNextPage(ActionEvent evt) { getQuery().doNextPage(); } When it doesn't work I get the error message: WARNING: JSF1095: The response was already committed by the time we tried to set the outgoing cookie for the flash. Any values stored to the flash will not be available on the next request. I found this thread when looking up this problem. When I turned of HTTP chunking as the article suggests, the error message went away but the problem remained. Does anyone know what is going on and how this might be fixed?

  • Spring 3.0 making JSON response using jackson message converter

    - by dupdup
i configure my messageconverter as Jackson's then class Foo{int x; int y} and in controller @ResponseBody public Foo method(){ return new Foo(3,4) } from that i m expecting to return a JSON string {x:'3',y:'4'} from server without any other configuration. but getting 404 error response to my ajax request If the method is annotated with @ResponseBody, the return type is written to the response HTTP body. The return value will be converted to the declared method argument type using HttpMessageConverters. Am I wrong ? or should I convert my response Object to Json string myself using serializer and then returning that string as response.(I could make string responses correctly) or should I make some other configurations ? like adding annotations for class Foo here is my conf.xml <bean id="jacksonMessageConverter" class="org.springframework.http.converter.json.MappingJacksonHttpMessageConverter"> <bean class="org.springframework.web.servlet.mvc.annotation.AnnotationMethodHandlerAdapter"> <property name="messageConverters"> <list> <ref bean="jacksonMessageConverter"/> </list> </property>

  • Spring Security RememberMe Services with Session Cookie

    - by Jarrod
I am using Spring Security's RememberMe Services to keep a user authenticated. I would like to find a simple way to have the RememberMe cookie set as a session cookie rather than with a fixed expiration time. For my application, the cookie should persist until the user closes the browser. Any suggestions on how to best implement this? Any concerns on this being a potential security problem? The primary reason for doing so is that with a cookie-based token, any of the servers behind our load balancer can service a protected request without relying on the user's Authentication to be stored in an HttpSession. In fact, I have explicitly told Spring Security to never create sessions using the namespace. Further, we are using Amazon's Elastic Load Balancing, and so sticky sessions are not supported. NB: Although I am aware that as of Apr. 08, Amazon now supports sticky sessions, I still do not want to use them for a handful of other reasons. Namely that the untimely demise of one server would still cause the loss of sessions for all users associated with it. http://aws.amazon.com/about-aws/whats-new/2010/04/08/support-for-session-stickiness-in-elastic-load-balancing/

  • How to change TXSDateTime SOAP serialization in Delphi 7?

    - by LukLed
I am trying to use Java based webservice and have soap request: <?xml version="1.0"?> <SOAP-ENV:Envelope xmlns:SOAP-ENV="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:SOAP-ENC="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/encoding/"> <SOAP-ENV:Body xmlns:NS1="http://something/"> <NS1:getRequest id="1"> <sessionId xsi:type="xsd:string"></sessionId> <reportType xsi:type="NS1:reportType">ALL</reportType> <xsd:dateFrom xsi:type="xsd:dateTime">2010-05-30T23:29:43.088+02:00</xsd:dateFrom> <xsd:dateTo xsi:type="xsd:dateTime">2010-05-31T23:29:43.728+02:00</xsd:dateTo> </NS1:getRequest> <parameters href="#1" /> </SOAP-ENV:Body> </SOAP-ENV:Envelope> It doesn't work, because webservice doesn't recognize dates as parameters. When I change <xsd:dateFrom xsi:type="xsd:dateTime">2010-05-30T23:29:43.088+02:00</xsd:dateFrom> <xsd:dateTo xsi:type="xsd:dateTime">2010-05-31T23:29:43.728+02:00</xsd:dateTo> to <dateFrom xsi:type="xsd:dateTime">2010-05-30T23:29:43.088+02:00</xsd:dateFrom> <dateTo xsi:type="xsd:dateTime">2010-05-31T23:29:43.728+02:00</xsd:dateTo> everything works ok, but Delphi (without Delphi source code changes) doesn't allow to change generated XML, it has only some options. Is it possible to set conversion options, so TSXDateTime is converted to <dateFrom, not <xsd:dateFrom tag? Did you meet that problem?

  • Java: immutability, overuse of stack -- better data structure?

    - by HH
I overused hashSets but it was slow, then changed to Stacks, speed boost-up. Poly's reply uses Collections.emptyList() as immutable list, cutting out excess null-checkers. No Collections.emptyStack(). Combining the words stack and immutability, from the last experiences, gets "immutable stack" (probably not related to functional prog). Java Api 5 for list interface shows that Stack is an implementing class for list and arraylist, here. The java.coccurrent pkg does not have any immutable Stack data structure. The first hinted of misusing stack. The lack of immutabily in the last and poly's book recommendation leads way to list. Something very primitive, fast, no extra layers, with methods like emptyThing(). Overuse of stack and where I use it DataFile.java: public Stack<DataFile> files; FileObject.java: public Stack<String> printViews = new Stack<String>(); FileObject.java:// private static Stack<Object> getFormat(File f){return (new Format(f)).getFormat();} Format.java: private Stack<Object> getLine(File[] fs,String s){return wF;} Format.java: private Stack<Object> getFormat(){return format;} Positions.java: public static Stack<Integer[]> getPrintPoss(String s,File f,Integer maxViewPerF) Positions.java: Stack<File> possPrint = new Stack<File>(); Positions.java: Stack<Integer> positions=new Stack<Integer>(); Record.java: private String getFormatLine(Stack<Object> st) Record.java: Stack<String> lines=new Stack<String>(); SearchToUser.java: public static final Stack<File> allFiles = findf.getFs(); SearchToUser.java: public static final Stack<File> allDirs = findf.getDs(); SearchToUser.java: private Stack<Integer[]> positionsPrint=new Stack<Integer[]>(); SearchToUser.java: public Stack<String> getSearchResults(String s, Integer countPerFile, Integer resCount) SearchToUser.java: Stack<File> filesToS=Fs2Word.getFs2W(s,50); SearchToUser.java: Stack<String> rs=new Stack<String>(); View.java: public Stack<Integer[]> poss = new Stack<Integer[4]>(); View.java: public static Stack<String> getPrintViewsFileWise(String s,Object[] df,Integer maxViewsPerF) View.java: Stack<String> substrings = new Stack<String>(); View.java: private Stack<String> printViews=new Stack<String>(); View.java: MatchView(Stack<Integer> pss,File f,Integer maxViews) View.java: Stack<String> formatFile; View.java: private Stack<Search> files; View.java: private Stack<File> matchingFiles; View.java: private Stack<String> matchViews; View.java: private Stack<String> searchMatches; View.java: private Stack<String> getSearchResults(Integer numbResults) Easier with List: AllDirs and AllFs, now looping with push, but list has more pow. methods such as addAll [OLD] From Stack to some immutable data structure How to get immutable Stack data structure? • apache htaccess rewrite rules make redirection loop

    - by Ali
Hi guys, Have a very strange problem with Apache .htaccess URL Rewriting and Redirection. Here's my setup: I have a zend application with a single point of entry (index.php) directly under my apache document root (call this the "public" folder). I also have all other public files (images, js, css, etc.) under the public folder. Here, I also have a wordpress blog under the "blog" folder. There's an empty test folder too The Problem When I go to mydomain.com/blog, I get redirected to http://www.theredpin.com/blog (correctly), then to http://www.theredpin.com/blog/ (just with an extra / at end), finally to http://theredpin.com/blog/ -- and we're back where we started. The loop continues. What I don't understand is why would wordpress try to remove the www? I'm guessing it's wordpress because my empty test folder acts just fine! PLEASE HELP. I"M REALLY DESPERATE :( Thank you very much Other things that happen: When I go to mydomain.com, i correctly get redirected to www.mydomain.com When I go to www.mydomain.com, i correctly stay where I am When I go to www.mydomain.com/test or mydomain.com/test, behaviour is correct. Setup So my .htaccess file does the following: If there's no www., then add it and do a 301 redirect. Here's the code I use RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^mydomain.com [NC] RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://www.mydomain.com/$1 [L,R=301] If the request is NOT for a resource (image, etc.), or the blog, then load zend application by rewriting to index.php RewriteRule !((^blog(/)?.*$)|(.(js|ico|gif|jpg|jpeg|png|css|cur|JPG|html|txt))$) index.php Thanks again for all your help!!! • EXT-js PropertyGrid best practices to achieve an update ?

    - by Tom
Hello, I am using EXT-js for a project, usually everything is pretty straight forward with EXT-js, but with the propertyGrid, I am not sure. I'd like some advice about this piece of code. First the store to populate the property grid, on the load event: var configStore = new Ext.data.JsonStore({ // store config autoLoad:true, url: url.remote, baseParams : {xaction : 'read'}, storeId: 'configStore', // reader config idProperty: 'id_config', root: 'config', totalProperty: 'totalcount', fields: [{ name: 'id_config' }, { name: 'email_admin' } , { name: 'default_from_addr' } , { name: 'default_from_name' } , { name: 'default_smtp' } ],listeners: { load: { fn: function(store, records, options){ // get the property grid component var propGrid = Ext.getCmp('propGrid'); // make sure the property grid exists if (propGrid) { // populate the property grid with store data propGrid.setSource(store.getAt(0).data); } } } } }); here is the propertyGrid: var propsGrid = new Ext.grid.PropertyGrid({ renderTo: 'prop-grid', id: 'propGrid', width: 462, autoHeight: true, propertyNames: { tested: 'QA', borderWidth: 'Border Width' }, viewConfig : { forceFit: true, scrollOffset: 2 // the grid will never have scrollbars } }); So far so good, but with the next button, I'll trigger an old school update, and my question : Is that the proper way to update this component ? Or is it better to user an editor ? or something else... for regular grid I use the store methods to do the update, delete,etc... The examples are really scarce on this one! Even in books about ext-js! new Ext.Button({ renderTo: 'button-container', text: 'Update', handler: function(){ var grid = Ext.getCmp("propGrid"); var source = grid.getSource(); var jsonDataStr = null; jsonDataStr = Ext.encode(source); var requestCg = { url : url.update, method : 'post', params : { config : jsonDataStr , xaction : 'update' }, timeout : 120000, callback : function(options, success, response) { alert(success + "\t" + response); } }; Ext.Ajax.request(requestCg); } }); and thanks for reading.

  • ImportError: No module named QtWebKit

    - by Hallik
I am on centos5. I installed python26 source with a make altinstall. Then I did a: yum install qt4 yum install qt4-devel yum install qt4-doc From riverbankcomputing.co.uk I downloaded the source for sip 4.10.2, compiled and installed fine. Then from the same site I downloaded and compiled from source PyQt-x11-4.7.3 Both installs were using the python26 version (/usr/local/bin/python2.6). So configure.py, make, and make install worked with no errors. Finally, I tried to run this script, but got the error in the subject of this post: import sys import signal from PyQt4.QtCore import * from PyQt4.QtGui import * from PyQt4.QtWebKit import QWebPage def onLoadFinished(result): if not result: print "Request failed" sys.exit(1) #screen = QtGui.QDesktopWidget().screenGeometry() size = webpage.mainFrame().contentsSize() # Set the size of the (virtual) browser window webpage.setViewportSize(webpage.mainFrame().contentsSize()) # Paint this frame into an image image = QImage(webpage.viewportSize(), QImage.Format_ARGB32) painter = QPainter(image) webpage.mainFrame().render(painter) painter.end() image.save("output2.png") sys.exit(0) app = QApplication(sys.argv) signal.signal(signal.SIGINT, signal.SIG_DFL) webpage = QWebPage() webpage.connect(webpage, SIGNAL("loadFinished(bool)"), onLoadFinished) webpage.mainFrame().load(QUrl("http://www.google.com")) sys.exit(app.exec_()) Even in the beginning of the configure for pyqt4, I saw it say QtWebKit should be installed, but apparently it's not? What's going on? I just did a find, and it looks like it wasn't installed. What are my options? • "Win32 exception occurred releasing IUnknown at..." error using Pylons and WMI

    - by Anders
Hi all, Im using Pylons in combination with WMI module to do some basic system monitoring of a couple of machines, for POSIX based systems everything is simple - for Windows - not so much. Doing a request to the Pylons server to get current CPU, however it's not working well, or atleast with the WMI module. First i simply did (something) this: c = wmi.WMI() for cpu in c.Win32_Processor(): value = cpu.LoadPercentage However, that gave me an error when accessing this module via Pylons (GET http://ip:port/cpu): raise x_wmi_uninitialised_thread ("WMI returned a syntax error: you're probably running inside a thread without first calling pythoncom.CoInitialize[Ex]") x_wmi_uninitialised_thread: <x_wmi: WMI returned a syntax error: you're probably running inside a thread without first calling pythoncom.CoInitialize[Ex] (no underlying exception)> Looking at http://timgolden.me.uk/python/wmi/tutorial.html, i wrapped the code accordingly to the example under the topic "CoInitialize & CoUninitialize", which makes the code work, but it keeps throwing "Win32 exception occurred releasing IUnknown at..." And then looking at http://mail.python.org/pipermail/python-win32/2007-August/006237.html and the follow up post, trying to follow that - however pythoncom._GetInterfaceCount() is always 20. Im guessing this is someway related to Pylons spawning worker threads and crap like that, however im kinda lost here, advice would be nice. Thanks in advance, Anders

  • DotNetOpenAuth: Message signature was incorrect

    - by Shawn Miller
I'm getting a "Message signature was incorrect" exception when trying to authenticate with MyOpenID and Yahoo. I'm using pretty much the ASP.NET MVC sample code that came with DotNetOpenAuth 3.4.2 public ActionResult Authenticate(string openid) { var openIdRelyingParty = new OpenIdRelyingParty(); var authenticationResponse = openIdRelyingParty.GetResponse(); if (authenticationResponse == null) { // Stage 2: User submitting identifier Identifier identifier; if (Identifier.TryParse(openid, out identifier)) { var realm = new Realm(Request.Url.Root() + "openid"); var authenticationRequest = openIdRelyingParty.CreateRequest(openid, realm); authenticationRequest.RedirectToProvider(); } else { return RedirectToAction("login", "home"); } } else { // Stage 3: OpenID provider sending assertion response switch (authenticationResponse.Status) { case AuthenticationStatus.Authenticated: { // TODO } case AuthenticationStatus.Failed: { throw authenticationResponse.Exception; } } } return new EmptyResult(); } Working fine with Google, AOL and others. • TFS Build errors TF224003, TF215085, TF215076

    - by iamdudley
Hi, I am using TFS2008 and VS2008. I run nightly builds for about 20 applications using one build agent and the builds are scheduled for either 1am or 2am. Most of the build succeed, however 6 of them fail regularly with similar errors. The errors are either the first two below, or the third one by itself: TF215085: An error occurred while connecting to agent \xxxx\BUILDMACHINE: TF215076: Team Foundation Build on computer BUILDMACHINE (port 9191) is not responding. (Detail Message: The request was aborted: The operation has timed out.) 11/04/2010 2:10:10 AM TF224003: An exception occurred on the build computer BUILDMACHINE: The build (vstfs:///Build/Build/2632) has already completed and cannot be started again.. TF215085: An error occurred while connecting to agent \yyyyy\BA_WKSTFSBUILD: Team Foundation services are not available from server srvtfs. Technical information (for administrator): The operation has timed out It looks to me like some kind of communication error, maybe the port gets over loaded - can this happen? Should I spread the builds out a bit more? In the build definition it says "Queue the build on the default build agent at", so I figured if I scheduled them to start at the same time they would be queued and occur sequentially. Most of the suggestions I've found online for these errors are for all or nothing scenarios where no builds work at all whereas my problem is most build but some consistently do not. Judging by the dates of the last successful builds of these 6 failing builds I believe it is the same 6 failing every night. (I'm editing the build definitions now to keep the failed builds so I can get some more info on the problem) Any help on this would be much appreciated. James.

  • Problem with jqGrid in Internet Explorer 8

    - by Dave Swersky
I have developed an ASP.NET MVC (version 2 RC) application with a ton of jqGrids. It's working like a champ in Firefox, but I've discovered a problem in IE8. The "Main View" grids can be filtered by a search box or one of a few dropdowns above the grid. I use some javascript to reset the url for the grid, then trigger a reload, thusly: function filterByName(filter) { if (filter == 'All') { $('#list').setGridParam({ url: 'Application/GetApplications' }); $('#list').trigger("reloadGrid"); } else { $('#list').setGridParam({ url: 'Application/GetAppByName/' + filter + '/' }); $('#list').trigger("reloadGrid"); } } This works like magic in Firefox, but I'm getting an HTTP 400 Bad Request when I do this in IE8. The IE8 client-side debugger is like flint and tinder compared to Firebug's flamethrower, so I'm not having much luck figuring out why it breaks in IE8. Has anyone seen this? Also, the jqGrid "trigger" method here is swallowing the AJAX exception. Is there a way to get it to bubble up so I can get to the exception details? UPDATE: The problem was with the syntax in my "onchange" event for the dropdowns. I was using: onchange="filterByMnemonic($('#drpMnemonic')[0].value); Which Firefox apparently doesn't mind but IE sees that as nuthin'. This, however, works in both browsers: onchange = "filterByMnemonic($('#drpMnemonic > option:selected').attr('value'));"

  • Uploadify & Integrated Windows Authentication

    - by vdh_ant
Hi guys I'm running into an issue with Uploadify and I hope someone can help. I have put Uploadify into my app and all works fine in dev (using the VS web server). All worked fine and checked until I deployed the app into my test environment which uses Integrated Windows Authentication. When I actually go to upload the file, the browser brings up a login prompt. At this point, even if you type in the correct username and password, the request seems not to complete and even if you tell the browser to remember the password it still brings up the login prompt. When this started to occur, I decided to spin up Fiddler and see what was going on. But guess what, when ever Fiddler is running the issue doesn't occur. Unfortunately I can't make running Fiddler a reuqierment for running the app. Hence does anyone have any ideas. I know there are some issues with Uploadify/flash when using forms authentication but I didn't think they carried across to Integrated Windows Authentication. Cheers Anthony

  • MVC: Nested Views, and Controllers (for a website)

    - by incrediman
I'm doing a PHP website using the MVC pattern. I am not using a framework as the site is fairly simple and I feel that this will give me a good opportunity to learn about the pattern directly. I have a couple questions. Question 1: How should I organize my views? I'm thinking of having a Page view which will have the header and footer, and which will allow for a Content view to be nested between them. Question 2: If I have 5 Content pages, should I make 5 different views that can be used as the content that is nested within the Page view? Or, should I make them all extend an abstract view called AbstractContent? Question 3: What about controllers? I think there should be one main controller at least. But then where does the request go from there? To another controller? Or should I just call the Page view and leave it at that? I thought that controllers were supposed to handle input, possibly modify a model, and select a view. But what if one of the views nested within the view that a controller calls requires additional input to be parsed? Question 4: Are controllers allowed to pass parameters into the view? Or should the controller simply modify the model, which will then affect the view? Or is the model only for DB access and other such things?

  • How to remove FacesMessages from the FacesContext?

    - by gurupriyan.e
In my screen, I have a drop down(select box), on selection of any of the options in that drop down , i display one or more text boxes beside the select box using javascript/css - display:none and display:block. All these input controls are in the same jsf form. Each of the input controls have their own validator. The problem is suppose the user selects from selection box and doesn't input value or inputs a wrong value for , i add a custom FacesMessage in the Validator and is shown appropriately and suppose the user selects the the second time and inputs the wrong value for the then another FacesMessage is added in the validator. But Now both the Messages are shown - means - the message for and - which is wrong My assumption is that , this happens because they exist in the same form and their instances are not destroyed yet in the FacesContext and in the UIView. I decided to delete the messages this way Iterator<FacesMessage> msgIterator = FacesContext.getCurrentInstance().getMessages(); while(msgIterator.hasNext()) { msgIterator.next(); msgIterator.remove(); } But this sometimes gives java.util.NoSuchElementException org.apache.myfaces.shared_impl.renderkit.html.HtmlMessagesRendererBase$MessagesIterator.next So 2 questions : 1) What is the problem in deleting the FacesMessages this way? I am using myfaces-api-1.2.3.jar and myfaces-impl-1.2.3.jar 2) Is there a better approach to handle my scenario? I only want to show relevent messages every time a jsf request is processed Thanks

This opens the Add Site Binding window. Select https from the Type menu. Set the port to 443. Select the SSL Certificate you just installed from the SSL Certificate menu. Click OK. This is the step where I get the message: One or more intermediate certificates in the certificate chain are missing. To resolve this issue, make sure that all of intermediate certificates are installed. For more information, see http://support.microsoft.com/kb/954755 After this, when I access the web site on its first page, I get this message: There is a problem with this website's security certificate. • How to use Tor control protocol in C#?

    - by Ed
I'm trying to send commands to the Tor control port programmatically to make it refresh the chain. I haven't been able to find any examples in C#, and my solution's not working. The request times out. I have the service running, and I can see it listening on the control port. public string Refresh() { TcpClient client = new TcpClient("localhost", 9051); string response = string.Empty; string authenticate = MakeTcpRequest("AUTHENTICATE", client); if (authenticate.Equals("250")) response = MakeTcpRequest("SIGNAL NEWNYM", client); client.Close(); return response; } public string MakeTcpRequest(string message, TcpClient client) { client.ReceiveTimeout = 20000; client.SendTimeout = 20000; string proxyResponse = string.Empty; try { // Send message StreamWriter streamWriter = new StreamWriter(client.GetStream()); streamWriter.Write(message); streamWriter.Flush(); // Read response StreamReader streamReader = new StreamReader(client.GetStream()); proxyResponse = streamReader.ReadToEnd(); } catch (Exception ex) { // Ignore } return proxyResponse; } Can anyone spot what I'm doing wrong?

  • Silverlight WCF netTcpBinding problem

    - by JontyMC
Trying to call a WCF with a netTcpBinding via Silverlight, I am getting the error: "TCP error code 10013: An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions.. This could be due to attempting to access a service in a cross-domain way while the service is not configured for cross-domain access. You may need to contact the owner of the service to expose a sockets cross-domain policy over HTTP and host the service in the allowed sockets port range 4502-4534." My WCF service is hosted in IIS7, bound to: http://localhost.myserivce.com on port 80 and net.tcp on port 4502 I can see http://localhost.myserivce.com/myservice.svc if I browse to it (my hosts file is pointing this domain to localhost). I can also see http://localhost.myserivce.com/clientaccesspolicy.xml: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?> <access-policy> <cross-domain-access> <policy> <allow-from http-request-headers="*"> <domain uri="*" /> </allow-from> <grant-to> <socket-resource port="4502-4534" protocol="tcp" /> </grant-to> </policy> </cross-domain-access> </access-policy> What am I doing wrong?

  • Spring Security: session expiration without redirect to expired-url?

    - by Kdeveloper
    I'm using Spring Security 3.0.2 form based authentication. But I can't figure out how I can configure it so that when a session expires that the request is not redirect to an other page (expired-url) or displays a 'session expires' message. I don't want any redirect or messages, I want that a anonymous session is started just like when a user without a session enters the website. My current configuration: <http> <intercept-url pattern="/login.action*" filters="none"/> <intercept-url pattern="/admin/**" access="ROLE_ADMIN" /> <intercept-url pattern="/**" access="IS_AUTHENTICATED_ANONYMOUSLY"/> <form-login login-page="/login.action" authentication-failure-url="/login.action?error=failed" login-processing-url="/login-handler.action"/> <logout logout-url="/logoff-execute.action" logout-success-url="/logoff.action?done=1"/> <remember-me key="remember-me-security" services-ref="rememberMeServices"/> <session-management > <concurrency-control max-sessions="1" error-if-maximum-exceeded="false" expired-url="/login.action?error=expired.url"/> </session-management> </http>

  • Subsonic : Can’t decide which property to consider the Key? foreign key issue.

    - by AJ
Hi I am trying to select count of rows from a table which has foreign keys of two tables. The C# code threw the error mentioned below. So, I added a primary key column to the table (schema as follows) and regenerated the code. But still the same error is coming. Error : Can't decide which property to consider the Key - you can create one called 'ID' or mark one with SubSonicPrimaryKey attribute sqLite Table schema CREATE TABLE "AlbumDocuments" ("Id" INTEGER PRIMARY KEY AUTOINCREMENT NOT NULL , "AlbumId" INTEGER NOT NULL CONSTRAINT fk_AlbumId REFERENCES Albums(Id) , "DocumentId" INTEGER NOT NULL CONSTRAINT fk_DocumentId REFERENCES Documents(Id)) C# code int selectAlbumDocumentsCount = new SubSonic.Query.Select() .From<DocSafeDB.DataLayer.AlbumDocumentsTable>() .Where(DocSafeDB.DataLayer.AlbumDocumentsTable.AlbumIdColumn).In(request.AlbumId) .Execute(); Not sure what I should be doing next as I can't do where against primary key because I don;t have that info. So my questions are: How do I select count of rows against foreign key column? Is primary key required in this scenario? I have several things but not sure why its not working. To me it looks like a very normal use case. Please advise. Thanks AJ

  • How to use Android's CacheManager?

    - by punnie
    I'm currently developing an Android application that fetches images using http requests. It would be quite swell if I could cache those images in order to improve to performance and bandwidth use. I came across the CacheManager class in the Android reference, but I don't really know how to use it, or what it really does. I already scoped through this example, but I need some help understanding it: /core/java/android/webkit/gears/ApacheHttpRequestAndroid.java Also, the reference states: "Network requests are provided to this component and if they can not be resolved by the cache, the HTTP headers are attached, as appropriate, to the request for revalidation of content." I'm not sure what this means or how it would work for me, since CacheManager's getCacheFile accepts only a String URL and a Map containing the headers. Not sure what the attachment mentioned means. An explanation or a simple code example would really do my day. Thanks! Update Here's what I have right now. I am clearly doing it wrong, just don't know where. public static Bitmap getRemoteImage(String imageUrl) { URL aURL = null; URLConnection conn = null; Bitmap bmp = null; CacheResult cache_result = CacheManager.getCacheFile(imageUrl, new HashMap()); if (cache_result == null) { try { aURL = new URL(imageUrl); conn = aURL.openConnection(); conn.connect(); InputStream is = conn.getInputStream(); cache_result = new CacheManager.CacheResult(); copyStream(is, cache_result.getOutputStream()); CacheManager.saveCacheFile(imageUrl, cache_result); } catch (Exception e) { return null; } } bmp = BitmapFactory.decodeStream(cache_result.getInputStream()); return bmp; }

  • Rally Rest .NET API throws KeyNotFoundException when posting a new defect without required field value

    - by Triet Pham
I've tried to post a new defect to Rally via Rest .net api by the following code: var api = new RallyRestApi("<myusername>", "<mypassword>", "https://community.rallydev.com"); var defect = new DynamicJsonObject(); defect["Name"] = "Sample Defect"; defect["Description"] = "Test posting defect without required field value"; defect["Project"] = "https://trial.rallydev.com/slm/webservice/1.29/project/5808130051.js"; defect["SubmittedBy"] = "https://trial.rallydev.com/slm/webservice/1.29/user/5797741589.js"; defect["ScheduleState"] = "In-Progress"; defect["State"] = "Open"; CreateResult creationResult = api.Create("defect", defect); But the api throws a weird exception: System.Collections.Generic.KeyNotFoundException was unhandled Message=The given key was not present in the dictionary. Source=mscorlib StackTrace: at System.Collections.Generic.Dictionary`2.get_Item(TKey key) at Rally.RestApi.DynamicJsonObject.GetMember(String name) at Rally.RestApi.DynamicJsonObject.TryGetMember(GetMemberBinder binder, Object& result) at CallSite.Target(Closure , CallSite , Object ) at System.Dynamic.UpdateDelegates.UpdateAndExecute1[T0,TRet](CallSite site, T0 arg0) at Rally.RestApi.RallyRestApi.Create(String type, DynamicJsonObject obj) at RallyIntegrationSample.Program.Main(String[] args) in D:\Projects\qTrace\References\Samples\RallyIntegrationSample\Program.cs:line 24 The problem is when i checked out the trace log file of Rally, it showed exactly what wrong in the posting request: Rally.RestApi Post Response: { "CreateResult": { "_rallyAPIMajor":"1", "_rallyAPIMinor":"29", "Errors":["Validation error: Defect.Severity should not be null"], "Warnings":[] } } Instead of given the proper CreateResult object with according errors information in its property, the Rally Rest .Net Api throws an unexpected exception. Is that a mistake in Rally rest .net api or should i do any extra steps to get the CreatResult seamlessly in case of any errors returned by Rally service? Many thanks for your helps.
