Is it possible to display the current time, without having to repeatly use the system.out.println()?   • Getting jQuery to recognise .change() in IE

    I'm using jQuery to hide and show elements when a radio button group is altered/clicked. It works fine in browsers like Firefox, but in IE 6 and 7, the action only occurs when the user then clicks somewhere else on the page. To elaborate, when you load the page, everything looks fine. In Firefox, if you click a radio button, one table row is hidden and the other one is shown immediately. However, in IE 6 and 7, you click the radio button and nothing will happen until you click somewhere on the page. Only then does IE redraw the page, hiding and showing the relevant elements. Here's the jQuery I'm using: $(document).ready(function(){ $(".hiddenOnLoad").hide(); $("#viewByOrg").change(function () { $(".visibleOnLoad").show(); $(".hiddenOnLoad").hide(); }); $("#viewByProduct").change(function () { $(".visibleOnLoad").hide(); $(".hiddenOnLoad").show(); }); }); Here's the part of the XHTML that it affects.     My program puts an icon in the system tray because the user may minimize to it. However, if the application crashes, or I stop the app from running in VS it leaves the icon in it until I hover over it with the mouse. Sometimes I'll look down there and there will be 10 or so icons. I can I make sure the icon goes away?

I tried to use <meta http-equiv="refresh" content="120;url=./login.html"> tag. This works only when I click on any link but not automatically after 2 mins(120secs).   • When running UPDATE ... datetime = NOW(); will all rows updated have the same date/time?

    When you run something similar to: UPDATE table SET datetime = NOW(); on a table with 1 000 000 000 records and the query takes 10 seconds to run, will all the rows have the exact same time (minutes and seconds) or will they have different times? In other words, will the time be when the query started or when each row is updated? I'm running MySQL, but I'm thinking this applies to all dbs.

What if we want to find the first 4 elements whose value differences are within a certain range, say below 2? For example, M=[10,15,14.5,9,15.1,8.5,15.5,9.5], the elements I'm looking for will be 15,14.5,15.1,15.5 and the indices will be 2,3,5,7.

    I create a query: Select * from HR_Tsalary where month='3' and year ='2010' the result is 473 records and I found 2 duplicate record, then I create another query to find duplicate record only: SELECT Emp_No, COUNT(*) FROM HR_Tsalary WHERE year = '10' AND month = '3'GROUP BY Emp_No HAVING COUNT(*) 1 the result is zero record from client side (thru Visual Basic Adodb code). But when I use same query from server the result is 2 records. Is there any different when create a query between from server side and client side?
