  • Modify a solution to not load projects from outside of visual studio

    If I open a solution, unload a project then reopen the solution visual studio remembers not to not load the project again. How can I do this outside of visual studio? Which file is this setting stored in? Visual Studio's annoying conversion wizard won't let me open the solution without converting all the projects, I have already converted the ones I want to work with and want to set the other ones to be unloaded.

    Hi, I am encountering an issue with trying to load a google annotated chart (http://code.google.com/apis/visualization/documentation/gallery/annotatedtimeline.html) within a jquery ui tab using content via ajax method (http://jqueryui.com/demos/tabs/#ajax). The page renders and once the chart loads, the browser window goes white. However, you can see the tab partial flash just before the chart appears to finish rendering (the chart never actually displays). I use a command like "C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\8.3\bin"\psql --host 127.0.0.1 --dbname unitTests --file C:\ZendStd\www\voo4\trunk\resources\sql\base_test_projectx.pg.sql --username postgres 2>&1 It run fine in command line, but need me to have a pgpass.conf Since I need to run unit tests suite on each of development PC, and on development server I want to simplify the deployment process.     I am making a photo slideshow in flash and would like to be able to load images dynamically from a folder. So that whenever i have a new photo i can just stick it in a folder and have my swf file read from that folder and update the slideshow. Is this doable in actionscript 3.0? if so any pointers would be helpful. thanks!

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\VisualStudio\10.0\EnterpriseTools\QualityTools\ListenPortRange\PortRangeStart HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\VisualStudio\10.0\EnterpriseTools\QualityTools\ListenPortRange\PortRangeEnd I've set these keys on the client as described but according to netstat the client is still listening on random ports. The controller is attempting to communicate on the same random ports as the client. Anyone experienced the same?

  • Shut down windows service based on load

    Hello, I was wondering if there are any free / open source solutions that will start and stop a windows service based on load? I have some pubsub subscriber services that do background work which is not critical. Ideally i would like tot be able to automate things so that these services could start if memory/cpu/disk i/o was under a certain threshold and stop gracefully if that threshold was met.     Hello, I have made an iPhone app with localized versions. It mostly works fine, but there are two views in which localized NIBs do not load. Standard NIBs (in English) are used. I am sure I made localization properly ("Get Info", "Make file localizable", "Add Localization", added "pl" - for Polish, and then edited created NIB). All the other views are fine. What might be the problem? Thanks for helping me.
