  • Drupal 6 sign-up booking, reservation system with payments

    Hi Guys. I have tried to find out the working solution for implementing simple events booking system in Drupal 6 (limited places, payment, signing up/buying few places for firends). System does not have to be big but easy to customize events to reserve/book places for. I was surprised of not finding much complete solutions. Most of the time I was directed to use modules like: Date, Calendar, Singup, Singup Ubercraft integration, Ubercraft. Does anybody of you has tested it? Is it working and customizable or you would suggest other alternatives on the subject? Wiil appreciate any recomendations.

  • Custom UIButton + subviews = no events

    Basically I have a custom UIButton and this custom button contains subviews. If I add those subviews to my uibutton, then the button stops responding to event changes. I.e if I click on it it doesn't respond to the selector. I have everything set as userInteractionEnabled. I also tried adding touchbegan and this is working. If I remove those subviews, the UIButton works again. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers.

I am using the event "change", the problem is that if a user open the select but choose the same option that is selected, the triggers doesn't fire. Is there a way to capture the event when a user select an option independently if the option is the same than is the one that was selected? thanks.

  • jQuery doesn't fire some events while I'm not logged in (Joomla)

    So basically, .resize function fails until I log in. What does that mean? And how that can be fixed? Almost all other functions work fine. The site is still in developement, so no live version sadly. I know there is not handles clause in c# so i need some function that is called and assign the event handlers there. However since its a shared class there is no constructor i must put it somewhere outside of a function. Any ideas?

  • Not responding to events?

    I currently have three Divs and only one of them is in focus at a given time. All of them line up in a film strip fashion. When I click a DIV not in focus, the current one moves to the left or right (depending on the direction) and the new one comes into focus. The divs can have content that has links. So my problem is that upon clicking on the divs not in focus, if I happen to click on a link, the event is captured. Is there anyway I can disable event detection for divs not in focus? What I am looking for is something like: if(div not in focus) disable all links if (div comes into focus) enable all links

  • Use google analytics custom events for feedback form.

    I was thinking of having a simple feedback form in my website. It would be something like: Your Feedback will help us improve. [ ] and then a textfield/textarea where the user can type (let's say) up to 100 characters of feedback. Rather than handling it all myself on the serverside I was thinking to use google analytics (since my site is already wireup) and everytime a user writes a comment send a custom event to google analytics. I think it might work. Can people suggest a better approach or point out any problem with this idea thanks

  • Manually Dispatching a DocumentEvent for testing UI element validation code

    Hi. I'm testing a Swing GUI application using the UISpec4J testing framework. I'm testing validation code on a JTextField, but the framework does not support focus-change events, as it runs the application in a headless fashion. The text field has a DocumentEvent attached to it that activates the validation code. I'm trying to figure out how to dispatch the document event manually to activate the validation code. Trying to dispatch focus or mouse events manually haven't been working for me. Thanks for any help!

  • Querying calender events even if they do not have any for the day

    Hey everyone, i am trying to figure out a way of query my mysql server so that even if a company does not have anything posted for the day the user clicks on their logo, it still adds them to the list. That sounds a little confusing so let me try to explain it another way. Say i have 3 company's in my database: Comp1 Comp2 Comp3 And Comp1 & Comp3 have something for today on the calender but Comp2 does not. I still need it to populate and place that company on the page but have something along the lines of "nothing on the calender for today". The other 2 companys (Comp1 & Comp3) would show the calender posting for that day. This is the code i have right now: SELECT clientinfo.id, clientinfo.theCompName, clientinfo.theURL, clientinfo.picURL, clientinfo.idNumber, clientoffers.idNumber, clientoffers.theDateStart, clientoffers.theDateEnd FROM clientinfo, clientoffers WHERE clientinfo.accountStats = 'OPEN' AND clientinfo.idNumber = clientinfo.idNumber AND '2010-05-08' BETWEEN clientoffers.theDateStart AND clientoffers.theDateEnd GROUP BY clientinfo.idNumber ORDER BY clientinfo.theCompName ASC That executes just fine but for Comp2, it just places the calender info from Comp1 into it when it really doesn't have anything. The output looks like this: Comp1 | 2010-05-08 | this is the calender event 1 | etc etc Comp2 | 2010-05-08 | this is the calender event 1 | etc etc comp3 | 2010-05-09 | this is the calender event 2 | etc etc Any help would be great :o) David

    Hi All, I am making a small form for a php app and had a question regarding javascript validation. What is the best event to run the javascript validation on the input value? Is it the "focusout" event? I used "focusout" to originally but it creates problems when the user hits enter while they are still focused on any particular field in the form. Should I run the js validation when the user clicks submit? Just looking for some advice. Thanks! Chuck

    I came to a situation where I need to edit the following in a way that, on some event (lets assume the 'click' event in this case) I need to remove (or unwrap?) the .container and the .header and have the .itemlist still visible/available on the page. And then, I need to restore .container and .header back again on some other event, while still maintain the event listeners on the a tags, and if possible, without removing the said items from the DOM.     Using c# in 2008 Express. I have a textbox containing a path. I append a "\" at the end on Leave Event. If the user presses 'Escape' key I want the old contents to be restored. When I type over all the text and press 'Escape' I hear a thump and the old text isn't restored. For example: <div id='id1'><div id='id2'>content</div></div> I attach event to DIVs event handler using jQuery: $('div').click(function () { //some code }); There will be two events when user click on content. So there will be two simultaneous events. Is it possible to get inside event handler array of objects (DIVs) what have click event? May be it is possible using other framework but jQuery?

  • Swing: does DefaultBoundedRangeModel coalesce multiple events?

    I have a JProgressBar displaying a BoundedRangeModel which is extremely fine grained and I was concerned that updating it too often would slow down my computer. So I wrote a quick test program (see below) which has a 10Hz timer but each timer tick makes 10,000 calls to microtick() which in turn increments the BoundedRangeModel. Yet it seems to play nicely with a JProgressBar; my CPU is not working hard to run the program. How does JProgressBar or DefaultBoundedRangeModel do this?   • Listen to HTML/CSS events of web page

    I'm looking for a way to listen for an event in the HTML/CSS of a webpage. Basically, a website I use at work lists queues and appointments, which flag as yellow/red based on the amount of time late on taking said appointment. Other than this visual aide, there is no alert of any kind, which is a failing point if one is juggling multiple windows and doesn't notice. What I would like to do is put together a simple way to watch for the tag ID or perhaps the flag hex color, and then alert me in a way of my choosing. The work environment is on OS X, so I presume I'm looking at an Objective-C centric solution unless Applescript is capable of doing this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
