    I have a main navigation at the top of the site. And a subnavigation at left of my site. For example: At the top there are these topics: Cars | Trees | Jobs | ... So when you click on "Jobs" there should be the subnavigation of "Jobs" at left, like... Construction Jobs Engineering Jobs Retail Jobs ... The first (top) navigation is easy to achieve: [[!Wayfinder? &startId=0 &level=1 ]] How can I realize the second navigation, so that only the documents are listed that are under the parent document?

    Hi all, I have a string that if it is longer than lets say 10 words, I want to split it into two parts. The second part will be included else-where after a 'more' link. The string will hold html tags too though. For an example the string could be: <p>This is just a test string with more words than the <strong>amount allow</strong> before split, blah blah blah</p> So in the case I would want: $string[0] // <p>This is just a test string with more words than</p>; $string[1] // <p>the <strong>amount allow</strong> before split, blah blah blah</p>; Thanks in advance

  • MySQL Query - WHERE and IF?

    I'm not quite sure how to right this query. Basically, I'm going to have a table with two columns (OS and country_code) - more columns too, but those are the conditional ones. These will be either set to 0 for all, or specific ones, separated by commas. Now, what I'm trying achieve is pull data from the table if the OS and country_code = 0, or if they contain matching data (separated by commas). Then, I have a column for time. I want to select rows where the time is GREATER than the time column, unless the column time_t is set to false, in which case this shouldn't matter. I hope I explained it right? This is what I kind of have so far: $get = $db->prepare("SELECT * FROM commands WHERE country_code = 0 OR country_code LIKE :country_code AND OS = 0 OR OS LIKE :OS AND IF (time_t = 1, expiry > NOW()) "); $get->execute(array( ':country_code' => "%{$data['country_code']}%", ':OS' => "%{$data['OS']}%" ));

    Hello guys, What I have in mind is this... We are going to have people come from a particular site during a acquisition campaign and was wondering how I could conditionalize a certain section of my site to display a thank you message instead of the sign up form as they would have had the opportunity to fill this out before coming to my landing page. I have seen solutions like: $referal = mysql_real_escape_string($_SERVER['HTTP_REFERER']); I would like to know if this is the best way to get this to work??? - okay this is what i think might work. The third party website that is referring people to our landing page once the form on that site has been filled out can push into the record a hidden input value of "www.sample.com" or whatever... then I can have something check the for that particular value and fire off the conidtional. Does that even sound right?

    I am using CakePHP framework, it redirect everything to the app folder using .htaccess, and then I set up a WordPress blog in /news/ folder outside of CakePHP, so I don't want everything in /news/ to be redirect, so I modify the .htaccess, and here is the final version: <IfModule mod_rewrite.c> RewriteEngine On RewriteBase / RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} ^/news/(.*)$ RewriteRule ^.*$ - [L] </IfModule> <IfModule mod_rewrite.c> RewriteEngine on RewriteBase / RewriteRule ^$ app/webroot/ [L] RewriteRule (.*) app/webroot/$1 [L] </IfModule> It's working fine in IE and FireFox, I can visit mydomain/news/, but in Google Chrome, it still redirects to CakePHP app folder.     Pretty much I want the query to select all records of users that are 25 years old AND are either between 150-170cm OR 190-200cm. I have this query written down below. However the problem is it keeps getting 25 year olds OR people who are 190-200cm instead of 25 year olds that are 150-170 OR 25 year olds that 190-200cm tall.
