    What little tricks do you use to save time when developing? For example: In JDeveloper, change the default editor to Source view from Design view for JSP files.   Tools » Preferences » File Types » Default Editors » JSP Tag File By default, JDeveloper opens JSP files in Design view, which can take 10 to 15 seconds to begin editing a file. Opening files in Source view only takes 2 seconds.

    hi to all , In a Portable-Executable ,we can change the imported dll name ,by editing PE file , here , i had changed in one imported dll name of application exe,that time it changed normally ....e.g advapi32.dll to ^dvapi32.dll ,so here system32 or any other PATH location doesnt have ^dvapi32.dll ..this time simply i changed the real advapi32.dll into ^dvapi32.dll and put in the application directory ,this time its work fine ....but when i am trying with ntdll & gdi32.dll ,it doesnt supported ,i cant resolve the problem ,pls help me towards the problem ..thanks.

    Hi I have multiple elements with the same structure in my application. Second div element's id varies as per the comment id in the db which is unique. There are elements with the id 'vote_up' and 'vote_down'. This gets repeated for each comment.What happens is that, as I mentioned, there are multiple comments. I want to perform an Ajax request. First of this structure functions properly using ajax, but the rest does an http request. When the user clicks on change, a dropdown box appears next to the change/submit button and the user makes a selection which then updates the db and the selection appears instead of the dropdown. All works fine in IE8 and firefox but in IE7 it allows one selection (there are several identical dropdowns) but the second time a selection is made it hangs on please wait.     I often need to enter insert mode just to make changes on a specific line, and would like know if there is a way to enter insert mode in a way that when I am done editing on that line, hitting [Return] gets me back to normal mode. I am aware of the 'r' command for replacing a single character, I guess what I want is something like that but for a line.

I want to test out the following user scenarios Old version of Silverlight No Silverlight Cross browser In the past I have seen tools for uninstalling and installing different versions of Flash for this same type of testing.   • Eclipse/Java code completion not working

    I've downloaded, unzipped and setup Eclipse 3.4.2 with some plugins (noteable, EPIC, Clearcase, QuantumDB, MisterQ). Now I find when I'm editing Java projects the code completion is not working. If I type String. and press ctrl-space a popup shows "No Default Proposals" and the status bar at the bottom shows "No completions available". Any ideas? Thanks....

  • How to stop emacs from replacing underbar with <- in ess-mode

    I need to access the MSP and PSP registers (the main and process stack registers) of the Cortex-M3 processor. I'm writing in C/C++. The µVision and associated compiler doesn't let you do inline assembly for this Thumb-2 only core (and I'm not sure that'd be such a good idea anyway).
