  • Java Regex Matcher Question

    - by Yang
    How do I match an URL string like this: img src = "http://stackoverflow.com/a/b/c/d/someimage.jpg" where only the domain name and the file extension (jpg) is fixed while others are variables? The following code does not seem working: Pattern p = Pattern.compile("<img src=\"http://stachoverflow.com/.*jpg"); // Create a matcher with an input string Matcher m = p.matcher(url); while (m.find()) { String s = m.toString(); }

  • Problems using xcode in debug mode with Core Plot

    - by Splash6
    I'm having a problem compiling an application which uses Core-Plot in debug mode. It works absolutely fine compiling in release mode, but when I compile in debug mode I get an error that the header file for Core-Plot can't be found. Any idea which of the many settings in x-cide might be causing this problem?

  • Creating array with constant

    - by wrongusername
    I was working on a program in Netbeans on Linux using a gcc compiler when, upon switching to Visual C++ on Windows 7, the code failed to compile as Visual C++ says it expected constant expression on several lines. On Netbeans, I simply did something similar to char name[fullName.size()];, while on Visual C++, I tried, among other things, const int position = fullName.size(); char Name[position]; How can I create a constant to use for the array?

  • Eclipse: How to convert a web project into an AspectJ project and weave and run it using the AJDT pl

    - by Kent
    What I want to do: I want to use the @Configured annotation with Spring. It requires AspectJ to be enabled. I thought that using the AJDT plugin for compile time weaving would solve this problem. Before installing the plug in the dependencies which were supposed to be injected into my @Configured object remained null. What I have done: Installed the AJDT: AspectJ Development Tools plug in for Eclipse 3.4. Right clicked on my web project and converted it into a AspectJ project. Enabled compile time weaving. What doesn't work: When I start the Tomcat 6 server now, I get an exception*. Other information: I haven't configured anything in the AspectJ Build and AspectJ Compiler parts of the project properties. JDT Weaving under Preferences says weaving is enabled. I still have Java build path and Java Compiler under project properties. And they look like I previously configured them (while the above two new entries are not configured). The icon of my @Configured object file looks like any other file (i.e. no indication of any aspect or such, which I think there should be). The file name is MailNotification.java (and not .aj), but I guess it should still work as I'm using a Spring annotation for AspectJ? I haven't found any tutorial or similar which teaches: How to turn a Spring web application project into an AspectJ project and weave aspects into the files using the AJDT plugin, all within Eclipse 3.4. If there is anything like that out there I would be very interested in knowing about it. What I would like to know: Where to go from here? I just want to use the @Configured annotation of Spring. I'm also using @Transactional which I think also needs AspectJ. If it is possible I would like to study AspectJ as little as possible as long as my needs are met. The subject seems interesting, but huge, all I want to do is use the above two mentioned Spring annotations. *** Exception when Tomcat 6 is started: Caused by: java.lang.IllegalStateException: ClassLoader [org.apache.catalina.loader.WebappClassLoader] does NOT provide an 'addTransformer(ClassFileTransformer)' method. Specify a custom LoadTimeWeaver or start your Java virtual machine with Spring's agent: -javaagent:spring-agent.jar at org.springframework.context.weaving.DefaultContextLoadTimeWeaver.setBeanClassLoader(DefaultContextLoadTimeWeaver.java:82) at org.springframework.beans.factory.support.AbstractAutowireCapableBeanFactory.initializeBean(AbstractAutowireCapableBeanFactory.java:1322) at org.springframework.beans.factory.support.AbstractAutowireCapableBeanFactory.doCreateBean(AbstractAutowireCapableBeanFactory.java:473) ... 41 more

  • Splitting a filename into words and numbers in Python

    - by danspants
    The following code splits a string into a list of words but does not include numbers: txt="there_once was,a-monkey.called phillip?09.txt" sep=re.compile(r"[\s\.,-_\?]+") sep.split(txt) ['there', 'once', 'was', 'a', 'monkey', 'called', 'phillip', 'txt'] This code gives me words and numbers but still includes "_" as a valid character: re.findall(r"\w+|\d+",txt) ['there_once', 'was', 'a', 'monkey', 'called', 'phillip', '09', 'txt'] What do I need to alter in either piece of code to end up with the desired result of: ['there', 'once', 'was', 'a', 'monkey', 'called', 'phillip', '09', 'txt']

  • Using CATransition in a viewController

    - by eco_bach
    Hi I'm trying to implement the ViewTransitions code sample from Apple, but putting all the logic in my viewController instead of my applicationDelegate class. I'm getting a bizarre error when I try to compile. I'm importing QuartzCore in my viewcontroller implementation as #import _kCATransitionFade", referenced from: _kCATransitionFade$non_lazy_ptr in ViewTransitionsAsViewControllerViewController.o (maybe you meant: _kCATransitionFade$non_lazy_ptr) Anyone have any ideas?

  • Porting a C++ application to android

    - by vivekian2
    Is it possible to port a C++ application which uses the STL extensively to Android? I understand that currently the NDK does not support this, but is there any effort (open source or otherwise) underway to achieve this? If not is there a way to cross compile libstdc++ for Android?

  • WCF XmlSerializer assembly not speeding up first request

    - by Matt Dearing
    I am generating proxy classes to a clients java webservice wsdls and xsd files with svcutil. The first call made to each service proxy class takes a very long time. I was hoping to speed this up by generating the XmlSerializers assembly myself (based on the article How to: Improve the Startup Time of WCF Client Applications using the XmlSerializer), but when I do the first call to each service still takes the same amount of time. Here are the steps I am following: //generate strong name key file sn -k Blah.snk //generate the proxy class file svcutil blah.wsdl blah2.wsdl blah3.wsdl ... base.xsd blah.xsd ... /UseSerializerForFaults /ser:XmlSerializer /n:*,SomeNamespace /out:Blah.cs //compile the class into an assembly signing it with the strong name key file csc /target:library /keyfile:Blah.snk /out:Blah.dll Blah.cs //generate the XmlSerializer code this will give us Blah.XmlSerializers.dll.cs svcutil /t:xmlSerializer Blah.dll //compile the xmlserializer code into its own dll using the same key to sign it and referencing the original dll csc /target:library /keyfile:Blah.snk /out:Blah.XmlSerializers.dll Blah.XmlSerializers.dll.cs /r:Blah.dll I then create a standard Console application that references both Blah.dll and Blah.XmlSerializers.dll. I will then try something like: //BlahProxy is one of the generated service proxy classes BlahProxy p = new BlahProxy(); //this call takes 30ish seconds p.SomeMethod(); BlahProxy p2 = new BlahProxy(); //this call takes < 1 second p2.SomeMethod(); //BlahProx2y is one of the generated service proxy classes BlahProxy2 p3 = new BlahProxy2(); //this call takes 30ish seconds p3.SomeMethod(); BlahProxy2 p4 = new BlahProxy2(); //this call takes < 1 second p4.SomeMethod(); I know that the problem is not server side because I don't see the request made in Fiddler until around 29 seconds. Subsequent calls to each service take < 1 second, so thats why I was hoping the main slow down was the .net runtime generating the xmlserializer code itself, compiling it and loading the assembly. I figured this would be the reason the first call to each service is slow and the rest are fast. Unfortunatley, me generating the code myself is not speeding anything up. Does anyone see what I am doing wrong?

  • XCode: Block support disabled

    - by Nic Hubbard
    XCode is warning me that Blocks support is disabled, and to compile with -fblocks. I have added -fblocks to the Other Linker Flags section. But compiling again gives me the same error. I am using iOS4 GM. Any ideas on how to fix this?

  • Why is C++0x's `noexcept` checked dynamically?

    - by rlbond
    I am curious about the rationale behind noexcept in the C++0x FCD. throw(X) was depreciated, but noexcept seems to do the same thing. Is there a reason that noexcept isn't checked at compile time? It seems that it would be better if these functions were checked statically that they only called throwing functions within a try block.

  • Opt-out of copy constructor

    - by sheepsimulator
    This might be a silly question, but... I've been writing a number of classes that utilize non-copyable members. These classes are never initialized via the copy constructor in my source. When I try to compile without supplying my own copy-constructor, g++ throws out many errors about how it can't build a default copy constructor, due to the non-copyable member objects. Is there a way to tell the compiler to just not give me a copy constructor?

  • ActionScript 3 and camelcase package name

    - by Paul Dinh
    I'm using Flash Builder 4 to build my AIR application. For a certain reason, I need to declare my package name in camelcase, and class names in lowercase: //test.as package Core { public class test { } } The folder structure is like this (the dir 'Core' matches the package name): src/ Core/ test.as However, Flash Builder shows error and it doesn't compile at all, only when I put the package name as 'core' then it compiles. Does AS3 syntax allow uppercase letters in package name? Or just because Flash Builder implicitly disallows this?

  • Matching sentences with regex in Java

    - by Gary
    Hi, I'm using the Scanner class in java to go through a a text file and extract each sentence. I'm using the setDelimiter method on my Scanner to the regex: Pattern.compile("[\\w]*[\\.|?|!][\\s]") This currently seems to work, but it leaves the whitespace at the end of the sentence. Is there an easy way to match the whitespace at the end but not include it in the result? I realize this is probably an easy question but I've never used regex before so go easy :)

  • Undefined symbols for architecture armv7 using route-me

    I'm trying to compile my project including route-me using armv7 although am struggling with the following error, i have older versions of the same project in git which compiles fine with armv7 so a setting must have changed somewhere to break it, here is the error: Undefined symbols for architecture armv7: "_pj_fwd", referenced from: -[RMProjection latLongToPoint:] in libMapView.a(RMProjection.o) "_pj_inv", referenced from: -[RMProjection pointToLatLong:] in libMapView.a(RMProjection.o) "_pj_init_plus", referenced from: -[RMProjection initWithString:InBounds:] in libMapView.a(RMProjection.o) "_pj_free", referenced from: -[RMProjection dealloc] in libMapView.a(RMProjection.o) ld: symbol(s) not found for architecture armv7 clang: error: linker command failed with exit code 1 (use -v to see invocation) Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • Usb Driver on 64bit Windows

    - by SurDin
    I have a pretty generic 64bit driver based on bulkusb.sys in WDK. It's been working for years with an embedded program, but now it is needed to work on Vista 64. From all the documentation I've tried to look through there doesn't seem to be anything affecting it, except compiling it for the 64bit environment, and yet when I compile it with the AMD64 build environment, I get "driver not intended for this platform" error message when it's trying to open the sys. What could be the solution for this?
