    I have a folder(/MyFolder/) with a dedicated web.config in it that does an impersonating In that folder I have an asp.net file that use Microsoft report viewer 8.0 named MyReport.aspx When I view this folder on my machine, it's working perfectly without issue When I publish my project to the dev server and I'm trying to view the report, I have an issue where the the user that run IIS doesn't have access to something, (rsAccessDenied) Can asp.net routing cause this issue? (I'm not at work right now so I can only go by memory so it will be hard to provide more information)

  • Django - urls.py - Filenames with a hash/pound (#) sign?

    I'm using django and realized that when the filename that the user wants to access (let's say a photo) has the pound sign, the entry in the url.py does not match. Any ideas? url(r'^static/(?P<path>.*)$', 'django.views.static.serve', {'document_root': MEDIA_ROOT}, it just says: "/home/user/project/static/upload/images/hello" does not exist when actually the name of the file is: hello#world.jpg Thanks, Nico

  • Ruby 1.9 and Rackspace's email api (SOAP)

    Is anyone out there working with SOAP on Ruby 1.9? Rackspace has email addresses for $2/month and an api to programmatically create/destroy accounts which looks like the best I've found. Fusemail has $2 addresses too but you need a minimum of 80 to get access to the api. So, I either need to find a solution to working with Rackspace or a different email host.

    I am creating a web application that is accessing a SQLite database in the server. I also have "clients" that updates this same database. As we know SQLite locks the entire database during INSERTs which are done by the clients and the web application is also trying to make some UPDATEs at the same time. So my problem now is about concurrency in database access. I would like to use an embeddable database like SQLite. Any suggestions.

  • Importing VMware drive into VirtualBox drive

    I have VMware on my Mac and it crashed. I am unable to access the files used by the VMware. So I downloaded VirtualBox and when I try to add the .vmwarevm file to VirtualBox it says that its unable to read that type. I wasn't sure if there was a way i can get to these files as they are extremely important. I can not shutdown or open my virtual state in VMware whatsoever. Thoughts?

    i have a class which inherets a attribute from a super-class. this attribute is a class itself. class classA(superClass): def func(self,x): if self.attributeB is None: do somthing and in the other class i have class superClass: self.attributB = classB() i get the error AttributeError: class classA has no attribute 'attributeB' when i access the attribute like i showed but if on command line i can see it works, x = classA() x.attributeB is None True so the test works. whats going on in the above code?

I'm well aware of cross-domain issues and I am actively pursuing them as a possible cause. My question is: are there other possible causes for a permission denied exception?     Hi I am writing a GWT app running on App Engine, which needs to modify a XML File serverside. As far as I know there is no way to modify a XML file in the WAR directory or any subdirectories. What other possibilities do I have to store that data? Can I use the Data Store somehow or should I look for storage space somewhere else and access it there (if so any recommendations?)? Any help is appreciated!

  • Getting 404 when attempting to POST file to Google Cloud Storage from service account

    I'm wondering if anyone can tell me the proper syntax & formatting for a service account to send a POST Object to bucket request? I'm attempting it programmatically using the HttpComponents library. I manage to get a token from my GoogleCredential, but every time I construct the POST request, I get: HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden <?xml version='1.0' encoding='UTF-8'?><Error><Code>AccessDenied</Code><Message>Access denied.</Message><Detailsbucket-name</Details></Error The Google documentation that describes the request methods, mentions posting using html forms, but I'm hoping that wasn't suggesting the ONLY way to get the job done. I know that HttpComponents has a way to explicitly create form data by using UrlEncodedFormEntity, but it doesn't support multipart data. Which is why I went with using the MultipartEntity class. Now I'm trying to access the Post method given by Yammer API with following request : https://www.yammer.com/api/v1/messages/? body=MyMessage& oauth_consumer_key=Myconsumerkey& oauth_nonce=1825bbc0f0a2875eb94bdb4d51c0638b& oauth_signature=JzG4DCWxuP%2B7xT7u3tFZ2zCC8%2BI%3D& oauth_signature_method=HMAC-SHA1& oauth_timestamp=1257761059& oauth_token=Myfinaloauthtoken& oauth_version=1.0 But I'm getting "Invalid OAuth signature" error. Can somebody help me in this.

    I have a Asp.net web service running on www.domain.com/Service.svc that I connect to using jQuery from my asp.net website. Everything works perfect if the user access my website with www.domain.com. But if the user uses only domain.com I get error: There was no channel actively listening at 'http://domain.com/Service.svc/get?date=2010-10-09'. This is often caused by an incorrect address URI. Ensure that the address to which the message is sent matches an address on which a service is listening. In my web.config I use the serviceHostingEnvironment tag to get the service running on my webhost (it doesn't work otherwise). Maybe this is what causes the error?     Hi, I'm working on making a website/web application that displays images every 5 or so minutes, kinda like a webcam. The images are uploaded to an SFTP server. How can I access those from the web? Does anyone have any recommendations for what to use as well? Right now I'm looking at PHP but have checked out javascript and ruby as well. Only the application needs to ssh to a predetermined place, not the users.
