Windows 7 administrator Password lost! How can I login windows 7 without password?

I forgot windows 7 password on my new computer and i cant log into at all. I was the Administrator for the computer with that account.

Now I have to use my old xp computer to ask for help!

Anyone know how i can change my password to log into my admin account?
