Have a VM that will act as the router, and will be connected to both networks (NAT + 'real').

I spread the distributed switch across the hosts, although any VM that is not on the same physical host as the router/dhcpd simply doesn't get an IP. So its obviously my dvSwitch config.

Has anyone achieved a NAT solution using a dvSwitch before that they could share?!

Thanks.
