Upload big file to servlet?

I try to upload file using Apache Common File Upload. The servlet throw an exception

FileItemFactory factory = new DiskFileItemFactory();
ServletFileUpload upload = new ServletFileUpload(factory);
List items = upload.parseRequest(request);    //This line is where it died

Getting extension of the file in FileUpload Control
