my 4 month old 500 GB SATA HDD making noise, somrtime and pc hangs when it make noise when noise is over then desktop work fine.

it's not happens daily but it happens.

IS something wrong with HDD, or Data, power cable, or my Cabinet's power supply. should i run scandisk, defragmentation to whole disk.
