Drupal: Views, exposed filter settings: show customer only initial selection option

hi,

I'm using Views, exposed filter. I would like to allow my user to select the initial items, without giving him access to all views functionalities and filter functionalities...

is that possible ? How can I just show him the initial terms selection from Views settings ?
