How to recover "Summery Page Events" folder in Event Viewer (Windows 7)?

While I'm trying to clear "Summary Page Events" folder in Event Viewer (Windows 7), I ended up deleting the folder.

Is there anyway to recover/recreate/copy the deleted folder?

Any help is appreciated.
