Why can't I create e-mails on CPanel ?

Hello,

I have a nasty problem creating e-mails on a cpanel account, the creation form doesn't work (clicking on the buttons does nothing) and the sourcecode of the page has a weird http://petlieutenants.com/css/article1.php > in it...

The quota for the account is normal, all the other accounts are working fine. What can possibly be causing this ?

email is moved to junk-email folder even though sender is listed as safe
