WPF: Creating a running screensaver/other window while the Main Window is 'idle'

Hi,

I just wanna ask if there's a way to create a 'screensaver'/other running window in WPF that will be displayed after the main window is 'idled' (no 'movements' happening inside the main window) like for about a minute or two.

Any comments/suggestions?
