project/dir A/

(MacOSX) Locally:
project/dir A/
~/somewhere/dir B/

Workflow: Don´t forget to copy "~/somewhere/dir B/" to "project/dir B/" before commit...

Alias? Script? Flag? Easiest solution wins as always.
