Installing libcurl and libxml for PHP on windows

Hello! Ive done a fair ammount of googling but didnt find any answers yet so I decided to ask here. I need to do some programming with PHP and Google Checkout. I need to install libcurl and libxml on a server running WAMP, but being a Linux user myself I have no idea how to install these libs.

Has anyone here done this before?
