How can I cross-reference an indexed item inside a reStructuredText document?

For example, how can I cross-reference SectionB:

.. index::
    pair: SectionA; SectionB

SectionB
--------

SectionB description.

I tried using :ref:'SectionB' and :index:'SectionB' but they don't work.
