How to Install Windows XP over windows7

I have a dell laptop with preinstalled windowss 7.

I want to install windows XP on my laptop and i dont want my windows 7. When i try to install windows Xp,windows & does not allow me to install XP!! I dont want to keep dual boot on my system. I just want windows XP on my system.

Can anyone help me to install Windows XP on my laptop?
