Shortcut to offline folder

Is there a way to create a shortcut to a folder or file marked as "Always available offline" so it can be open directly when offline?

A simple shortcut doesn't seem to work; I have to go through Manage Offline Files → View your offline files → Mapped Network Drives → etc
