How to Install Windows XP over windows 7?

I have a dell laptop with a preinstalled windows 7.

When I try to install windows XP on it, windows 7 does not allow me to.

I dont want to keep a dual boot system. I just want windows XP on my system.

Can anyone help me to install Windows XP?
