get mail, Fire Job, Asp.Net, C#.Net

I live in India and My hosting server at US.

I am using MSSQL, ASP.Net and C#.Net

I want to fire job when i will get email.

ex. someone send mail on my address. then i want to get sms for email description.

it not possible to install any desktop or console application on US hosting server. I don't have that type of rights.
