PPTP VPN Conneting to MicroVPN.com using Ubuntu

I've been trying to set up PPTP VPN to connect to microvpn.com, but I can't get it to work. Their site has no documentation for Linux. Can you help me out

Cannot connect with Cisco VPN but can connect with ShrewSoft VPN

EDIT: We connected an air card to the computer to use a different Internet connection and using the Cisco software, we were able to successfully connect to our VPN server.
