unable to see create virtual directory option when clicked on web site in IIS

I have newly installed machine on which i have installed the IIS but each site i am installing request is not reaching to the page however if i give path of html/image file explicitly to access the page it is accessible.

Also i am not getting the "Create Virtual Directory" option only create web site option is available.

What went wrong ? thanks all
