How to promote my Rss feed ?

I started recently this blog about iPhone / Objective-c : www.touch-code-magazine.com and I'm looking for ways to spread the word about my Rss feed.

Question is how one promotes an rss feed ? Any of you have good recommendation how to do that?

Advice on "best" feed directories or thematic portals which consume rss ... don't know, what do you say ?
