I'm about to get a 23" monitor to connect to my laptop for programming, and general multimedia besides. This is the monitor; what do you think?

Also, would you recommend getting a keyboard to use instead of the laptop's one? It seems like it would be awkward otherwise. This is the keyboard I'm looking at because it seems to have the low laptop style keys. Would you recommend something different?
