mails going to junk box

so this morning, I get a call from a customer who says past 2 weeks of mail is in junk box...apparently emails from my domain is blocked ???

this is not the first time. and i fear that the reason i got no responses back from leads is due to my mails landing in junk box.....

i am using google mail on a domain i had purchased a year ago. ever since, it has given me problems. the domain is new and created by me.

how can i fix this problem ? is my domain somehow blacklisted ?
