RewriteRule on special querystring

My URLS the page names example: ?Contact- or ?Product-

some have a longer querystring example: ?Contact-&go=Admin

domain.com/?Contact-&go=Admin

I would like a RewriteRule to use

domain.com/Contact/Admin
