Error -NVFactory: _readNVPair expected ) while running application

Im getting the below error..

 NVFactory: _readNVPair expected )

   Note:  
     The application ran fine if i hardcoded the "server URL" in javacode.
     but if i give the same URL in command it throws the above error..
