Should I embed a blog section with a plugin or change it completely to Wordpress, Drupal, etc?

Right now I have a static webpage (work, portfolio, homepage, about, contact). I want to add a blog section. What should I do?

To replace completely my static page with Wordpress or Drupal?
Embed some kind of jQuery-Wordpress-Drupal type of plugin?
or something else?

Any suggestions?
