Which program is using my network bandwidth on Mac OS X?

Hey guys,

I use iStats Menu to monitor my network usage on OSX.

Is there a quick way to know which processes are using the network at any given moment?

Sometimes my downstream bandwidth will be at close to 100% and I'm not downloading anything... I assume it's OSX auto-update stuff, but I just want to be sure.
