Navision 4 sp3 start very slow at terminal server (but when start work quick)

i have follow configuration: LAN, Windows 2003 Terminal Server App Mode, Navision Client at TS, (w2003 32 bit), SQL 2005 (database Navision 4 sp3) (w2003 64bit)

i LAN (from Desktop) Nav work fine, if i logon to TS, when open Navision== some times wait 3-5 min.

could you advice with way i should think for resolve slow opening Nav problem?
