Setup FTP access in Windows Server 2008 Web Edition

Hey all, i am new at setting up a Windows Server so keep that in mind :o)

I have following some tutorials online but all seem to have different settings/icons than i do. All i need to setup is a user and password so that i can ftp into the server from my home computer and upload files into the wwwroot directory.

Here is a screen shot of my options after i create an FTP server.

From there i really have no idea how to set up a user and password for access....

So any help would be great! :o)
