VirtualBox: How to full screen guest operation using all host resolution dimensions?

How to full screen guest operation using all host resolution dimensions?

Host screen resolution: 1920 x 1080

But the guest resolution is lower (1280 x 720 I'm think) even in full screen mode. (it's been wrapped with a black area around).

What is the solution for this?
