What are the implications of RPC server unavailable error in the Network Load Balancing Manager?

My Network Load Balancing Manager shows that RPC server is unavailable in the specified computer. Unable to connect to COMPUTERNAME. But the load balancing works fine.

Should I be worried? I am missing something because of this error?
