Not Able To Connect to Shared Resource

We are using an older version of BartPE and are not able to connect to shared folders on our subnet.

It says the network name could not be found. Connecting to the shared folder on the machine that is hosting it works fine.

Any ideas on what might cause this?

Thanks!

Edit1: Got wireshark running and monitored traffic from the offending machine and tried to map.

ZERO packets from the other machine were seen. :(
