Windows 7 on VMWare Fusion freezes, after a few minutes of inactivity

I have VMWare Fusion 3 and Windows 7 installed, and if I leave it inactive for a few minutes and return back, it has frozen and it needs more than a few minutes to become responsive again.

I tried to find some settings about that on Fusion, but couldn't.

Is there a way to avoid this behaviour?
