Where can I find a comprehensive reference for Zen Cart variables and overrides?

Hi everyone,

I'm working with Zen Cart for a client and I'm having a bit of trouble finding a practical, concise resource that gives reference to the most common template variables and overrides. This project is fairly superficial so that is all I need - but bonus points if you find something that goes a little bit deeper.

Please note that I am looking for something that is 'at a glance', like a reference card. I have already looked at several books on Zen Cart, but most of them are designed for the end user or a sysadmin at most and leave much to be desired.
