Configuring Oracle 11g with minimal resource usage for running on VMware Workstation efficiently

I am running Windows 2003 on VMWare Workstation and will like to setup a lean Oracle 11g on this VM. What configurations should I set to achieve that.

Currently from Windows 2003 memory usage information, Oracle 11g is using 256M memory.

Appreciate any clear steps to achieve that, thanks in advance.
