IE Display bug - solved when using the "developer tools"?

I have some Javascript/CSS issues with IE (no suprises?).

So when I see the error in IE8, I go to Tools > Developer Tools. Then I navigate to the correct DIV. I click on it, look around ... then I look again at my page, and the problem is fixed!

This makes debugging pretty difficult...

To see the display error, go to http://www.makemeheal.com/mmh/home.do in IE, and look at the "Your Recent History" module.
