TSWA error when configuring TFS 2010 to use Sharepoint 2010

I'm trying to configure Team Foundation Server 2010 to use Sharepoint 2010, on Windows Server 2008 R2 (single server).

When granting access to the Sharepoint 2010 web application using the TFS Administration Console, I get the following error:

Any ideas to what I can do to solve this issue?
