How to save IP or machines in Putty

I use putty to use ssh to servers. I have different servers and usernames /passwords.

Is there any option in putty to save different profiles or ipaddress so that i can click on that it automatically goes to that ip address.

i need to change ip address evrytime

or if there is any easy alternative for putty with all guis
