File does not exist error. But it does exist!

Hey All,

I am receiving a file does not exist error on files and directories that I can confirm do in fact exist. I can't navigate to the directory or any file underneath it.

When I navigate to them in FF i get:

Not Found

The requested URL was not found on this server.

Any ideas as to why this would happen?
