I wanted to change the setting for a virtual host in a hurry I knew how to "just do it" but I'm not very familiar with the restrictions of the cpanel system.

I read the theory of the config system and regardless of my feelings on the matter I understand where they are coming from.

However in that world view, there must be a way to interact with the system from a command line interface, not just for httpd.conf but for the virtual host containers as well
