Any suggestions for email delivery vendor?

We are going to use email for registration and some other purpose of a website and we do not want to maintain our own email sending machine.

That email delivery system need to respond in nealy real-time and be quite stable.

Any suggestions?

email is moved to junk-email folder even though sender is listed as safe

Using Outlook-2007 : Added a sender as safe sender, but still the email from that id goes to junk-email folder. Tried resetting all settings and restarted outlook . any ideas ? Thanks! >>> More
