Missing file header.htm file while opening a microsoft word document

I have got a word document with extension sanjay.doc when i open it i get a dialog box saying

"Problems during load" Problems came up in the following areas during load: Missing file: ...\sanjay files\header.htm

What could be the problem? When i try to convert the document file to text, the content of the text has html tags.
